Of course, some properties just like to know how much revenue the group is planned to bring in for other reasons, but the point remains the same.

To make this process easier, each group booking in Chorum provides the Projected Revenue report, generated by clicking the button of the same name in the Show ribbon of the group booking.

From this menu, Chorum provides an overview of your property's availability against the rooms blocked by the group, in addition to picked-upClosed A pick-up refers to an individual room blocked for group use being converted (or "picked up") into a guest reservation. rooms. For revenue beneath the blocked column, this indicates the maximum possible revenue taking into account all blocks in addition to the rate expected to apply to each block. Likewise, the picked-up column indicates confirmed revenue so far, based on those bookings that have been converted from blocks to reservations, and barring cancellations or no-shows, is the actual revenue to be brought in by the group.
